The fully automatic reversing winder is used to wind continuously produced material at the end of the production line. It is used in the following production lines: coating, printing, PVC calendering, or embossing calendering, as well as in extrusion lines.
The main advantage of the AutoWind series of automatic winders is the range of cross-cutting and feeding systems available for different materials. These systems enable automatic cross-cutting and feeding of the new material web, with or without the use of adhesive tape or glue.
In addition, the AutoWind series is ideally suited for the inline production of slit rolls. For this reason, manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic slitting devices are available. A special core holder allows for winding onto 3-inch cores with relatively heavy rolls.
In addition, automatic core loading and finished roll handling can be integrated as optional features.
