The machines of the MiniSlit series are designed for the precise and efficient forward and reverse rewinding of a wide range of packaging materials. Thanks to their simple operation and high rewinding speed, they are ideally suited as doctor rewinders for the reliable processing of both small and large roll diameters.
The MiniSlit series enables the targeted detection and removal of material defects as well as the controlled inspection and reworking of roll materials. Depending on the application, the machine can be equipped with additional functions such as advanced operator and control systems, or a web inspection system.
Optionally, the MiniSlit series can be equipped with an edge trim cutting system. In addition, depending on the material and application, the production of multiple lanes is also possible. Machine parameters and equipment are individually adapted to the material, the required roll diameters, and the customer-specific process requirements.
The combination of high rewinding speed, flexible equipment options, and simple operation makes the MiniSlit series a versatile solution for the inspection, correction, and reworking of a wide range of roll materials.
