The AllSlit series slitter rewinders are designed for the flexible and efficient processing of a wide range of materials. Thanks to the vertically arranged rewinding stations, a broad variety of products can be processed reliably on a single machine.
Depending on the application, the AllSlit series can be equipped with a cutting and splicing table, a web inspection system, as well as numerous additional units and options. In addition, the machine can be configured either as a compact machine (AllSlit-Compact) or with an external unwinding unit (AllSlit), depending on the customer’s requirements and available installation space. Key machine parameters such as working width as well as unwind and rewind diameters are individually tailored to the available space, the materials to be processed, and the specific process requirements.
Various automatic handling systems for removing the finished rolls are also available as an option. They simplify operation, reduce manual handling steps, and minimize downtime – without compromising the high level of flexibility offered by the AllSlit series.
