The automatic or fully automatic reverse-winding machine is designed for continuous winding at the end of the production line. It is used in nonwoven production lines such as spunlace, air-through bonding, and thermally bonded processes, as well as in textile finishing processes.
The main advantage of the AutoWoven series of winders is the variety of cross-cutting and winding systems available. These systems enable automatic cross-cutting and winding of the material onto a new core, with or without the use of adhesive tape or glue.
In addition, the AutoWoven series is ideally suited for the inline production of cut-to-length or pre-finished rolls. For this reason, manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic slitting systems are available.
A special winding shaft mount allows for winding onto 3-inch cores with relatively heavy rolls.
