Fully Automatic Slitting and Rewinding with a Dual Turret Rewinder
The machines of the QuickSlit series are fully automatic slitter rewinders equipped with a dual turret rewinding system. They are designed for the precise and efficient processing of almost all materials with finished roll diameters of up to Ø 800 mm.
A key advantage of the QuickSlit series is the use of a total of four rewinding shafts. While two shafts are in production, the other two can be automatically unloaded and prepared for the next rewinding cycle. This reduces downtime during roll changes to a minimum and enables high production output.
The automatic operating and handling system simplifies finished-roll handling, reduces manual work steps, and supports an efficient production process.
Optionally, the finished rolls can be automatically transferred to downstream handling and packaging processes. Depending on the machine configuration, further transport can be carried out by conveyor systems or robotic systems all the way to the packaging station.
