The machines in the QuickSlit series are fully automatic slitting and winding machines equipped with a dual-direction winder.
These are suitable for the precise and efficient machining of virtually all materials up to a diameter of 800 mm.
The use of four winding shafts minimizes machine downtime during roll changes. While two of the winding shafts are in operation, the other two can be automatically unloaded and reloaded.
The automatic control system simplifies operation and reduces downtime. In addition, the rolls can be transported directly to the packaging area.
