The machines of the MultiSlit series are powerful, semi-automatic slitter rewinders designed for the efficient processing of a wide range of materials. Thanks to numerous equipment and upgrade options, each machine can be flexibly adapted to individual production requirements.
The slit webs are rewound on a single rewinding station. Reliable separation of the individual webs is supported by specially arranged spreader rollers.
A key advantage of the MultiSlit series is the combination of center and surface drive. This drive concept enables controlled and uniform roll build-up with highly consistent winding hardness. At the same time, it reduces the load on the roll core caused by high drive torques from the center. This provides significant advantages, particularly for large roll diameters and high roll weights.
Various automatic operating and handling systems are available as options. They simplify the handling of finished rolls, reduce manual work steps, and minimize downtime.
In addition, the finished rolls can be automatically unloaded and transferred to downstream processes. Depending on the application, further transport can be carried out by robotic systems or conveyor technology all the way to the packaging station. This allows the MultiSlit series to be integrated into comprehensive automated production and handling concepts.
