The machines of the ReReeler series are compact and cost-effective rewinders designed for the flexible processing of a wide range of roll materials. They are particularly suitable for rewinding almost any material and for the targeted removal of defects from jumbo rolls.
Depending on the application, various material and print inspection systems can be integrated between the unwind and rewind sections. In addition, the ReReeler series can be equipped with auxiliary units such as perforation systems, web cleaning systems, or defect detection systems.
For use as a doctor rewinder, further options are available, including cutting and splicing tables for removing defective sections as well as edge trim systems for precise web finishing.
A key advantage of the ReReeler series is the shaftless design of both the unwind and rewind sections. This allows rolls to be picked up directly from the floor or from a pallet. No winding shafts are required, simplifying roll changes and significantly reducing changeover times.
