The machines in the SuperSlit series are designed for high cutting and winding capacities. They are suitable for the precise and efficient processing of virtually all materials with large winding diameters and roll weights.
For technical films, flexible packaging, laminates, metallic films, papers, nonwovens, and composite materials.
The machine winds the finished rolls onto two opposing winding levels and is equipped with a center and peripheral drive. Additionally, it can be upgraded as follows:
• Individual winding stations
• Automatic cutting unit
An automatic unloading system is also available as an option; it simplifies handling and reduces downtime. Our control system can also route the finished rolls to the next handling stage. The rolls are automatically cross-cut and transported to the packaging station via robots or conveyor belts.
