The machines in the PaperSlit series are automatic slitting and winding machines that deliver outstanding performance.
The reverse-winding principle also ensures minimal downtime and high output rates. This is achieved in particular by the automatic cross-cut unit, which features fully automatic finished-roll changeover and taping to the core.
An additional advantage stems from the combination of center and peripheral drive. This ensures a very consistent winding tension across the entire winding diameter.
Automatic handling systems are available as an option to simplify handling and reduce downtime. Our handling system can also transfer the finished rolls to another handling station. The rolls are automatically removed and transported to the packaging station by robots or conveyor belts.
